Our products are delivered as downloads from our server.
• I purchased the products but did not received any download link yet?
YAMAHA Genos, Tyros 5, PSR customers:
After purchase please send us your Instrument Info file so we could proceed with your package.

KORG, Roland, Tyros 3/4 customers:
After purchase you will receive an email with the download link.
• How long it takes to receive the package?
Korg, Roland, Tyros 3/4 products are sent automatically right after purchase. Download links are in our purchase confirmation email.
Yamaha Genos, Tyros 5 and PSR products are sent manually after you provide us with Instrument Info file, please have patient until your order is processed. It usually takes just few minutes, however if purchase is done over night or from a different time zone there is a possibility you need to wait for few hours.
• My keyboard is not listed, what should I do?

• The product does not work as expected, what should I do?
Our product must work as described. If you notice that something is wrong, or something does not sounds like we presented in our video presentations, please contact us so we can resolve it.
