TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
This website offers digital content (including samples, styles, and sound libraries) and software tools (including Sampling Master). By purchasing any product from Dynamix Audio, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. DIGITAL LICENSING & SOFTWARE ACTIVATION
All products are licensed, not sold. Your license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Software (Sampling Master and Giglad):
Each license is valid for one (1) computer only.
Deactivation:
It is your responsibility to deactivate the software before formatting your system or moving to a new computer. Failure to do so may result in the inability to reactivate the license. Additional activations are granted at our sole discretion.
Anti-Piracy:
Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, uploading, or distributing our products in any form (including cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, or torrents) is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
2. SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (GIGLAD & SAMPLING MASTER)
Dynamix Audio sells software licenses for Giglad and Sampling Master.
Both products are licensed, not sold. Each license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Demo Versions
To ensure compatibility, both products are available in demo form:
- Giglad includes a fully functional 14-day demo version with limited functionality (no saving of projects).
- Sampling Master includes a fully functional unlimited demo version with no export capability.
Customers are required to test the demo versions before purchase to ensure compatibility with their system, DAW, and workflow.
Because fully functional demo versions are available, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
License Delivery
Licenses for Giglad and Sampling Master are processed manually.
License delivery may take up to 24 hours after successful payment. In most cases, delivery is significantly faster, but delays may occur during non-working hours or high demand periods.
3. EXPANSION PACKS (SAMPLES & STYLES)
Dynamix Audio also offers digital content products including sample libraries, keyboard styles, presets, and expansion packs for supported instruments and software.
These products are digital goods delivered electronically after purchase.
All sales of digital content are final. No refunds are provided due to the immediate access nature of the products.
4. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the availability of fully functional demo versions (for software products) and instant delivery of digital content (for expansion packs), all sales are final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to test software demos and review product descriptions before purchase.
Refund requests based on incompatibility, misunderstanding of functionality, or change of mind will not be accepted.
5. GIGLAD OWNERSHIP NOTICE
Giglad is an independent software product owned by its respective authors and/or rights holders.
Dynamix Audio participates in development and distribution of Giglad but does not claim ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
6. THIRD-PARTY SAMPLING SOFTWARE NOTICE
Sampling Master is a sound design and sampling tool intended for general audio production use.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with all applicable third-party license agreements, copyright laws, and intellectual property restrictions.
Dynamix Audio assumes no responsibility for content created, sampled, or distributed using the software.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the products will meet all specific requirements or function in every possible system configuration.
Dynamix Audio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
8. PRICES & TAXES
Dynamix Audio is not a VAT-registered business. No VAT is charged.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
