The latest version of YEM should be used for our packs to work properly. If an older version of the software is used, the contents of the pack will not be displayed and the pack will not install properly.
No. If the keyboard uses the proprietary software it is free for download from the official product page. Our packs come as ZIP or RAR archives. Windows and MacOS can open and manage ZIP archives natively. However you can download WinRar for Windows and Unarchiver for MacOS free of charge if your system does not open ZIP files for whatever reason.
All modern keyboards now come with the expansion memory already installed so there is no need for additional hardware. Some of the older Yamaha keyboards like Tyros 3, Tyros 4 and Tyros 5 were shipped without any expansion memory, therefore the user should verify if the expansion memory is installed before making a purchase.
All Yamaha Tyros 3 and Tyros 4 keyboards have a user memory of 4mb and 6mb respectively, therefore some small custom voice or drum kit could be loaded, however memory expansion should be installed for a complete experience with our custom voices and drum kits.
After payment the email is sent to the address used during the purchase. The email contains the receipt for your purchase as well as a download link or step by step instructions on what we need from you, depending on the keyboard model you own.

Our products must work as described. We are doing an honest business and we care about every and each customer, so it is of the utmost importance that all our customers get what they paid for and be satisfied with our products!
If you notice that something is wrong, or something does not sounds like we presented in our video presentations, please contact us so we can resolve it.
Most modern arrangers have some kind of master effects: Master Compressor and Master Equalizer in most cases. We create all our product presentations with those turned OFF. If you notice some difference in how the product sounds when using with your keyboard compared to our video presentation you should check if your master section is turned ON.
Also there could be some difference in how the keyboard velocity sensitivity is set, you should check this VIDEO for a detailed explanation.
